Job Summary
Oversee and ensure fidelity of ABA programs both virtually and in person while supporting and coaching Clinical Leaders and Behavior Specialists. Complete and review treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with clinical and payer standards. Lead trainings and clinical development initiatives, partnering with Regional Directors on quality, compliance, and operational complexity. This role requires a Master's degree, active BCBA credential, and minimum two years of professional ABA experience. Starting pay ranges from $85,000 to $98,000 annually.
