Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification
- Passion for ethical, outcome-driven ABA care

- Experience supervising clinical teams
- Must be able to maintain a balanced caseload
- Must be able to provide oversight to mid-level staff
- Must be supported by leaders who have been in your shoes
- Must be able to work in a hybrid and fully remote environment
- Must be able to handle constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, and computer work
- Must be able to sit constantly with frequent up and down movements out of chair
- Must be able to use telephone, speaking, listening
- Must be able to handle constant document handling, use of copier and fax machine, and filing
- Must be able to perform frequent typing, use of computer
- Must be able to occasionally walk around building
- Must be able to occasionally bend, reach, stoop, pull
- Must be able to occasionally lift, carry, move items up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally walk to, bend to enter, sit, and use upper and lower limbs to drive car
