Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for a 9-month contract in Toronto (onsite). Lead multi-workstream programs in digital health/healthcare, establish governance, performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms, and drive process optimization. Applies formal change management methodologies to support adoption and behavioural change across complex programs, with strong knowledge of healthcare data practices and standards (HL7 FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC). Excellent verbal and written communication and partner engagement skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Information, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in program management, large-scale initiative delivery, or portfolio oversight in digital health or healthcare environments
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-workstream programs, managing interdependencies, risks, and cross-team workflows
- Proven ability to establish program governance, performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms
- Extensive experience driving process optimization, operational improvements, and adoption of new delivery structures
- Demonstrated experience applying formal change management methodologies and practices to support adoption, behavioural change, and implementation across complex programs
- Strong knowledge and experience with healthcare and data practices, processes, standards and terminologies (e.g., data models, data lifecycle management practices, HL7 FHIR®, SNOMED CT®, LOINC®, etc.) and their application in digital health initiatives at the local, regional, provincial and national levels
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written, and strong partner engagement skills
