Job Summary
Hybrid Pharmacist role based in Tennessee retail locations with one remote day per week. Responsibilities include compounding, dispensing, drug therapy reviews, immunizations, patient consultations, and supporting centralized services; focus on hybrid workflow across in-store and remote settings, ensuring regulatory compliance, inventory management, and high-quality patient care. Requires active pharmacist license, BS/PharmD, immunizer certification or willingness to obtain, and ability to work across multiple environments (Retail, Centralized Services, Virtual).
Required Qualifications
- BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
- Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority
- Experience performing prescription dispensing activities
- Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
- Willing and able to work effectively in different and/or multiple work environments
