Job Summary
Outpatient psychiatry position in a mission-driven behavioral health organization with a hybrid work model. Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management in a collaborative, team-based environment alongside LPCs, LCSWs, and Nurse Practitioners. Serve diverse, underserved populations with flexible scheduling and no nights or call. Visa sponsorship available (H1B/J1); NHSC and state loan repayment eligible. Compensation includes a base salary of $275,000–$285,000 plus sign-on bonus, relocation assistance up to $5,000, and comprehensive benefits. Requires MD or DO and board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry; Wisconsin license active or able to obtain. New graduates encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry REQUIRED
- Active Wisconsin medical license REQUIRED or ability to obtain
- Comfortable providing outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management REQUIRED
