Job Summary
Manage operational IT environments through 50% first- and second-level support, handling ticket resolution, user assistance, software configuration, and endpoint management. Perform maintenance and monitoring duties covering system status checks, error analysis, and documentation while administering Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms. Provide infrastructure and hybrid-cloud support for on-premises and cloud projects, including network, firewall, and backup system design. Dedicate 10% of time to technical consulting and presales activities for customer requirement assessments and proposal support. Work approximately 20 hours weekly with potential for full-time conversion, utilizing a driver's license for on-site service visits.
Required Qualifications
- Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbar
