Job Summary
This role splits duties between Floor Supervisor and Table Games Dealer: three days as Floor Supervisor and two days as Dealer, delivering high-level guest service while supervising table games and ensuring compliance with policies and gaming regulations. Responsibilities include managing game integrity, dealing Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and carnival games, resolving guest concerns, protecting customer rewards and credit lines, maintaining safety and professional conduct, and promoting Seminole Gaming culture. Requires knowledge of department SOPs, regulatory requirements, and the ability to work on the casino floor in a fast-paced, smoking environment; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Preference is given to Native American applicants as per Tribal hiring policies. Background checks and gaming licensure are part of the employment process.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in floor supervision or dealer roles in a casino setting
- Proficient dealing Blackjack, Mini Baccarat, and carnival games
- Ability to manage customer service with high guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Background check and gaming licensure prerequisites
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced casino environment
