Job Summary
Hybrid Field Sales Representative responsible for driving sales growth by building a book of business through field marketing and telesales for Medicare products (Aetna IVL). Operates with a 3 days in the field and 2 days in a call center to optimize member acquisition, conversion, and retention, and to meet consumer needs in home or by phone. Manages member relationships, handles inquiries about plan benefits and services, documents call interactions in the integrated tech stack, and supports KPI-driven performance, including sales effectiveness and quality metrics. Requires a 4-year degree or 1–2 years of Medicare product sales experience, plus licensing as needed within 60 days. Strong communication and listening skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to multi-task on calls, customer-centric mindset, adaptability to a high-pressure environment, and collaboration to grow a sales book of business. Familiarity with CMS requirements for Medicare sales agents and programs, plus ongoing sales skill development and training.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or 1 to 2 years’ experience selling Medicare products (i.e., Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement)
- Life & Health insurance license not required to be employed, but must obtain within 60 days from start date
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to multi-task while on the phone
- Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office)
