Job Summary
Provide guidance, expertise, and support to youth, families, and natural supports in both one-on-one and group settings; build trust and rapport with families; act as collaborative advocate to help navigate county systems; connect families to community resources; coach on safety planning, self-control/self-care plans; participate in peer forums and weekly supervision; maintain accurate documentation and records; utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques when needed; role is primarily in Marin & Sonoma County with most services provided in person and some responsibilities remotely; requires lived experience raising a child or being guardian of a child who has received adolescent mental health services; high school diploma or GED is required; hybrid work arrangement; on-call duties; valid driver's license and related clearances; preferred qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's degree and bilingual Spanish skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
