Hybrid Early Intervention BCBA – Life Skills Autism Academy – Remote / In-Person

Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment and provide daily support and guidance to Behavior Technicians to ensure clinical excellence. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles, while engaging parents during scheduled on-site training sessions to drive meaningful progress. Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making, with weekly in-person supervision required. This hybrid role balances virtual and center-based settings for early intervention, offering small caseloads and dedicated support from Clinical Directors and the Clinical Excellence Team. The organization utilizes a proprietary CareConnect platform to streamline treatment planning and data collection, prioritizing outcomes over billables.
