Job Summary
Act as the first point of contact for all leads and prospective residents, identifying their needs and managing follow-ups in the lead management system. Overcome objections to maintain a high conversion ratio while offering virtual, self-guided, or in-person tours of make-ready apartments. Provide remote sales, social media, and marketing support as assigned, process applications per Fair Housing guidelines, and prepare lease paperwork for the move-in process. Prepare communities daily for showings by cleaning model and show units to ensure a pristine tour path. Assist the Community Director with market surveys and social media strategy, while building resident relations through event planning and execution. This role requires four years of conventional leasing experience and offers a $61,000–$71,000 base salary with high commission potential, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, and a partial remote, Pittsburgh-based schedule.
