[HYBRID] Director of Programs

Lead and oversee program operations throughout the Southwest region, including hiring, mentoring, and supervising staff across program, warehouse, and operations functions. Manage budgets, logistics, and facility operations while ensuring compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. Partner with tribal partners, funders, and community stakeholders to steward gifts-in-kind and donor relationships, visiting reservation sites to ensure program quality. Represent the organization at conferences and community events to foster a collaborative, mission-focused culture. This hybrid role requires two days of in-office work in Rapid City, SD, with up to 30% travel throughout the Northern Plains.
