Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls with empathy to analyze financial situations and offer tailored solutions. Negotiate payment plans, settlements, and full repayments while maintaining strict FDCPA compliance and accurate record-keeping. Engage with the team on camera during shifts to stay sharp and collaborate with leads. Complete four weeks of initial office training in Katy or Houston before transitioning to a hybrid schedule of 60% in-office and 40% remote work. Earn a competitive hourly rate with performance-based monthly bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Must reside in the Houston area
- Must be able to work from home
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication skills — assertive, clear, and professional
- Critical thinking

- Comfort with basic math
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM schedule
- One remote evening shift per week (11AM-8PM)
- Onsite position in the Katy / Houston area for the first seven weeks
- Transition to a Hybrid role after the first seven weeks
- Be on camera during work hours
