Job Summary
Join the Center for Human Development as a Hybrid Clinician, focusing on providing comprehensive care through assessment, intervention, and collaboration with treatment teams. Required qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and/or an Independent Behavioral Health License, along with strong organizational skills. Preferred candidates will have experience with diverse populations and substance use disorders, and should possess or be willing to obtain CANS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or other closely related field
- Massachusetts Independent Behavioral Health License (i.e. LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC1) OR actively working towards licensure
- CANS Certification or willingness to become certified prior to hire
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to provide evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (HER) systems
- Multilingual abilities
- Experience with Substance Use Disorders
- Interest in School-Based Counseling
