Job Summary
Hybrid Clinical Pharmacist for London focusing on prescribing cannabis-based medicines (CBMPs). Responsibilities include clinically reviewing and prescribing CBMPs, managing a complex patient caseload, supporting the dispensary team with clinical queries, contributing to education across patients and staff, working within a multidisciplinary clinical team, and maintaining accurate patient records in line with GPhC standards. Requires GPhC registration with Independent Prescriber qualification and at least two years of prescribing experience; CBPM knowledge is not required as training will be provided. Hybrid work with a London base is offered.
Required Qualifications
- GPhC registered pharmacist with a current Independent Prescriber qualification
- At least two years of prescribing experience
- Experience in a clinical setting
- GPhC standards adherence
