Job Summary
Conduct product education and technical support for healthcare professionals and infusion clinic teams regarding iron infusion therapy. Deliver high-quality, compliant training sessions in clinic and healthcare settings while maintaining expertise on assigned products and clinical data. Build relationships with stakeholders and identify educational needs to share insights with internal teams. Ensure all activities adhere to Canadian regulations and document customer interactions and adverse events. Fulfill administrative tasks including system updates, activity summaries, and time reporting. Travel approximately 30% within the assigned territory to support regional objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active or eligible Canadian registration
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing/clinical background
- Proven experience in a clinical environment
- Experience delivering face-to-face and/or virtual presentations, training, or education to healthcare professionals
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to travel within Canada, including some overnight travel
- Languages: English
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent nursing/clinical background is preferred
- Experience or understanding of iron therapy, infusion therapy, or infusion-related products
- Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and the Canadian healthcare environment
- Strong practical knowledge of the relevant specialty and disease area
- French language skills
