Required Qualifications
- BCBA certification or eligibility
- Experience delivering ABA therapy
- Ability to supervise Behavior Technicians
- Ability to develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans
- Experience conducting assessments and data-driven decision making
- Monthly parent training delivery
- Remote and in-person service delivery
- CEU stipends or continuing education support
- Strong communication with families and clinical teams
