Job Summary
Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement, supervising Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled visits. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles while engaging parents in monthly training to drive meaningful progress. Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making, supported by weekly in-person supervision and layered clinical leadership. Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus weekly and monthly bonuses.
