Job Summary
Hybrid BCBA role delivering and overseeing ABA therapy across remote and in-person settings in the Atlanta area. Responsibilities include supervising Behavior Technicians, developing and implementing assent-based, individualized ABA plans, conducting parent trainings, and maintaining high-quality clinical services with data-driven decision making. Role features remote supervision, planning time, and in-person client visits, plus bonuses and a signing bonus. Location-based balance includes East Point, GA with 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement, ongoing supervision, and collaboration with clinical directors and teams.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Ability to deliver and oversee ABA therapy across virtual and in-person settings
- Weekly in-person supervision requirement
- Experience supervising Behavior Technicians
- Strong clinical skills in assent-based care and functional assessment
