Job Summary
Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement, supervising Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled visits. Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles while engaging parents in monthly training to drive meaningful progress. Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making. This role includes weekly in-person supervision and supports new clients, program modeling, and assessment work. Base salary up to $105,000 with a signing bonus and monthly incentives.
