Job Summary
Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities while developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans. Provide one-on-one therapy and family support, supervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutions and maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation. Stay informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health. This role requires a BCBA certification, a Master's degree, and experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. Located in Las Cruces, New Mexico, with flexible evening shifts and a salary of $80,000-$95,000.
Required Qualifications
- BCBA Certification
- Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
- Empathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered care
- Reliable transportation
- Active CPR Certification
- Ability to pass a background check
- Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
- Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 3 evening shifts per week
- Location: Hybrid – Las Cruces, New Mexico, and surrounding areas
