Job Summary
Provide hybrid supervision (in-person and remote) as BCBA to supervise RBTs, collaborate with caregivers, educators, and residential/group home staff, and tailor ABA programming for older children/adolescents with complex trauma histories and co-occurring diagnoses. Requires BCBA certification, NC BCBA license, Master’s degree in related field, and residence in Charlotte, NC (with ability to relocate or travel); duties emphasize trauma-informed ABA, ethical supervision, and data-driven, evidence-based interventions in diverse settings (school-based, residential, group homes).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- North Carolina State BCBA License
- Must live in Charlotte, NC, have the ability to relocate or travel
- Experience and expertise in trauma-informed ABA practices
- Strong knowledge and experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
