Job Summary
Bilingual Support Counselor provides in-person counseling and case management for youth and families, crisis intervention, and documentation within Kaiser Wraparound program; hybrid work with some remote documentation, Spanish bilingual capability, and on-call shifts within Contra Costa County; required degree in Counseling/Psychology/Social Work, 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, TB/fingerprinting clearance, and on-call availability. Responsibilities include counseling, connecting clients to resources, participating in IEP meetings, and completing notes and reports; on-call coverage and supervision are part of the role. Location: Concord, CA; Hybrid schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Counseling/Psychology/Social Work or related field
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work some evening hours as needed
- Bilingual Spanish skill set, pass bilingual proficiency exam
- Be part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled with supervisor ahead of time
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies’ insurance policy
- TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
