Job Summary
Design and maintain SQL-based applications, data pipelines, and Power BI dashboards using SSIS, Azure, and C#. Optimize reporting performance, monitor unattended executions, and resolve service interruptions while ensuring data accuracy across Azure infrastructure. Manage application configuration, security, and user access within a Scrum team using Jira and GitLab for code reviews and sprint planning. Update technical documentation for the TIGRE architecture and train colleagues on new analytics tools like DAX.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database development
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
- Strong experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)
- Experience developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and database optimization
- Experience with Visual Studio development environment
- Experience with DAX development and advanced Power BI analytics
- Experience with C# or Visual Basic development
- Experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD activities
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 3+ years in software development (SQL, Power BI, Azure), data engineering, business intelligence, or a related role
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
- English is mandatory for daily business communication
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms and service management processes
- Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)
- Experience working with enterprise-scale reporting and analytics solutions
- Experience supporting production applications and operational platforms
- Experience working in multinational organizations, collaborating effectively with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds
- French a plus
