Job Summary

Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences while leading a team of behavior technicians. Provide groundbreaking, strength-based care within a transdisciplinary model that integrates occupational therapy, speech pathology, and pediatrics. Average 26 billable hours per week with full autonomy to design supervision schedules and telehealth arrangements based on clinical effectiveness. This role offers set scheduling with predictable hours, two bonus opportunities including a 10% productivity incentive, and a CEU stipend. Required Qualifications

Master's degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification
