Job Summary
BCBA Clinical Manager role leading the clinical side of ABA care. Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans; supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors; conduct FBAs and update client programs; provide parent coaching and support; mentor staff and lead training sessions; stay current with research and share best practices. 75% remote with flexible schedules, travel reimbursement, CEU reimbursement, BCBA mentorship, full benefits for full-time staff, PTO, holidays, and tuition discounts with partner universities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
