Job Summary
BCBA Clinical Manager role focused on leading the clinical side of ABA treatment for children and adolescents with ASD. Design, monitor, and refine ABA treatment plans; supervise behavior technicians and case supervisors; conduct FBAs and update client programs; provide parent coaching and family support; mentor staff; maintain quality documentation; stay current with research and share best practices. 75% remote with hybrid scheduling, travel reimbursement, annual CEU reimbursement, BCBA mentorship, and full benefits for full-time staff. Includes sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and opportunities for professional development and tuition discounts with partner universities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional) required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills
