Job Summary
Hybrid BCBA in Maryland providing client assessments, supervising ongoing ABA programs, and training parents/caregivers. Role includes supervision of paraprofessionals, collaboration with clinical directors, participation in mentorship and peer advisory groups, and opportunities for career advancement. Positions available include both FT and PT options with benefits such as health/dental/vision insurance, 401K with company match, PTO and holiday pay. Emphasis on autonomy of scheduling, case selection, client outcomes, and ongoing professional development through training resources and CEUs.
Required Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification and LBA in MD
- Familiarity and ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
- Ability to train and supervise paraprofessionals in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
- Respect for cultural diversity and ability to adapt ABA procedures to that diversity
- Willingness to accept supervision and guidance & remedy any identified deficits or weaknesses
