Job Summary
Part-Time Hybrid BCBA role in Lawrenceville or Loganville, GA. The BCBA will complete assessments and write treatment plans, supervise clients and RBTs, review client data to track progress, and coach families on implementing treatment strategies at home. The position involves regular communication with clients, families, and the clinical team, remote work flexibility, and monthly in-person travel to clients. Requirements include active BCBA certification, Master’s degree (or higher), and 2+ years’ experience with children on the autism spectrum. Telehealth/remote experience and strong communication/time-management skills are preferred. This role supports a paperless workflow and ongoing career development, with supervision and collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.
