Job Summary
BCBA Clinical Manager role designing, monitoring, and refining ABA treatment plans; supervising behavior technicians and case supervisors; conducting FBAs and updating client programs; providing parent coaching and support; maintaining quality documentation and reports; mentoring staff and leading monthly training; staying current with research and sharing best practices. Role is 50% remote with flexible schedules, requires a Master’s degree and BCBA certification, and offers travel reimbursement, CEU reimbursement, mentorship, full-time benefits, and PTO. Location-based in San Clemente or Irvine, CA with hybrid in-person/remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, special education, child development, or a related field
- BCBA certification (or qualifying licensed healthcare professional)
