Job Summary
Handle Purchasing, Payables, Payments, Contracts, Billing, Cash Receipts, and Payroll while supporting Human Capital Management, Treasury Reconciliation, and Tax Compliance. Provide Small Business Accounting and Client/Stakeholder support across assigned departments and clients. Maintain accurate records and meet challenging deadlines with strong problem-solving skills. This role contributes to harmonizing People, Process, Technology, Organization, and Data to empower clients using Easby® technology.
Required Qualifications
- Must be within 30 - 40 credits from a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Or have a bachelor's degree, working towards an Accounting or Finance degree with significant coursework in Accounting and Finance already completed
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
