Job Summary
Senior Manager responsible for strategic and tactical planning and execution to meet the business plan within budget; drive equipment performance continual improvements; coordinate capacity assessments with PEE and IE to identify throughput opportunities and risks to meet cycle time and business plan goals; develop action plans for technology node readiness, new part types, and area constraint management; collaborate with OI for MAS scheduling, automation, and line management systems rollout; coordinate with Engineering for tool qualification, release, installation, and maintenance priorities; work with PIE yield improvement and quality; build cross-functional relationships with Fab and other departments; develop resource and training plans and establish business processes to meet the operating plan.
