Job Summary
Supervise installation activities for HVDC Valves, Valve Cooling Systems, and Primary Equipment at construction sites, coordinating with subcontractors and site management teams. Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and regulatory requirements while implementing quality control measures based on ITPs. Conduct inspections, review installation documentation and test reports, and troubleshoot technical issues that arise during execution. Maintain proper storage and functionality of all tools, equipment, and materials. This role requires a strong health and safety mindset and leadership skills to guide installation subcontractors without direct reports.
Required Qualifications
- Technical education, preferably with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Equivalent experience in electrical- or mechanical installation works in large scale projects
- At least 3 years experience in the relevant field
- Experience from Supervision or Site Management in substation, FACTS or HVDC Projects
- Strong health and safety mindset aligned with international standards
- Ability to identify and stop unsafe work
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to provide clear verbal and written reporting
- English required

Desired Qualifications
