Job Summary
Supervise the installation of HVDC valves, including the Valve Cooling System and Primary Equipment, by subcontractors on large-scale projects. Ensure all activities comply with safety protocols and regulatory requirements while implementing quality control measures to verify adherence to standards via inspections and documentation reviews. Coordinate installation activities with the Site Management Team and external stakeholders, providing guidance and training to subcontractors. Troubleshoot technical issues during execution and ensure tools and materials are properly maintained. This role functions as an Individual Contributor within the Construction & Commissioning function, requiring a strong health and safety mindset and clear communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Technical education, preferably with a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Equivalent experience in electrical- or mechanical installation works in large scale projects with at least 3 years
- Experience from Supervision or Site Management in substation, FACTS or HVDC Projects
- Strong health and safety mindset aligned with international standards
- Ability to identify and stop unsafe work
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to provide clear verbal and written reporting
- English required

Desired Qualifications
