HVC Cardiothoracic Nurse

RN in HVC Cardiothoracic ICU/CTICU/WP3 role performing continuous patient assessments, planning and documenting individualized care plans, supervising non-RN personnel, serving as Charge Nurse, and supporting education and Neuro/airway management procedures. Responsibilities include neuro assessments, airway management, tracheostomy care and suctioning, ventilator care, and familiarity with devices such as ECMO, IABP, Impella, LVAD, and post-op cardiac care, with emphasis on collaboration with the healthcare team and patient/family education.
