Job Summary
Deliver professional nursing care in a cardiovascular telemetry/ICU environment across multiple cardiac units, including post-operative and rhythm-management care. Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care; coordinate with multidisciplinary team; ensure patient-centered, culturally competent care; adhere to ANA standards; support education and family communication; demonstrate leadership and professional accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Licensed and a currently registered nurse in the State of Connecticut
- BSN preferred
- Current BCLS certification or obtain within one month of hire
