HVC Cardiac Telemetry Nurse

RN in the HVC Cardiac Telemetry/Intermediate Care units providing high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in cardiac populations. The role aligns with ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and the YNHH professional practice model, emphasizing autonomy, accountability, leadership, collaboration, and evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, coordination of care, health teaching, and evaluation; ethical practice; culturally congruent care; effective communication; collaboration with patients, families, and the health-care team; and commitment to quality outcomes. BSN preferred with CT licensure and ongoing professional development supported by the SPIRE program and professional standards.
