HVC Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse

Registered Nurse in the Heart and Vascular/Cardiac Cath Lab setting provides ongoing assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care on the unit. Supervises non‐RN personnel, may assume Charge Nurse responsibilities, and may be assigned to other nursing units as needed. Responsibilities include developing and documenting plans of care, coordinating with the healthcare team, educating patients and families, and ensuring high-quality service. The role requires competency in neuro nursing and airway management, care for tracheostomy patients, and familiarity with cardiac procedures and devices (e.g., IABP, LVAD, ECMO) as well as participation in teaching programs (e.g., Tia). Location: Milford, NH;CT license is referenced for practice standards, with BSN preferred and BCLS certification required within one month of hire.
