Job Summary
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC units and light industrial equipment, including troubleshooting electronic components and dismantling devices to locate mechanical issues. Manage inventory levels by analyzing trends to anticipate needed parts and supplies, while providing daily reports to store managers and supervisors. Adhere to OSHA safety regulations and maintain company vehicles during local travel within a 2.5-hour radius. Requires EPA certification and five years of experience with commercial HVAC-R equipment such as walk-in freezers and ice machines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with commercial HVAC - R equipment such as Walk-in Freezers, Reach-in Freezers, Ice Machines, Coolers, ETC
- EPA Certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability and desire to be cross trained on additional equipment for year round work
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with MS Office products and advanced Phone Apps
- Ability to provide own set of tools
