Job Summary
Senior HVAC/R Technician responsible for advanced diagnostics, complex repairs, and mentoring junior technicians while ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service. Lead diagnostics, installation supervision, system replacements, and commissioning of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems; diagnose and troubleshoot complex systems including walk-in coolers/freezers, rack systems, ice machines, rooftop units, and ventilation; read wiring diagrams/blueprints; document service calls and manage parts usage; participate in on-call rotation and ongoing technical training; communicate with customers about system conditions and maintenance options.
Required Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid drivers license
