Job Summary
Teach HVAC/R Technician program with hands-on and classroom-based sessions; demonstrate tools, techniques, and procedures aligned with industry standards; evaluate student progress, provide feedback, and track attendance; maintain equipment and support a safe, clean training space; participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow instructors. Requires a RI Trade License and at least 3 years of HVAC/R experience; strong communication skills and patience for mentoring students; no teaching experience required as training is provided. Part-time (~30 hours/week) with full-time benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, holidays, and 401(k) match. NA
