Job Summary
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems covered under warranty while ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and Rhode Island regulations. Communicate with homeowners regarding coverage, service expectations, and system maintenance guidance. Document visits, submit claims, and coordinate replacement parts using Service Titan or similar software. Collaborate with service and installation teams to resolve issues efficiently. Requires 3+ years of HVAC experience, a RI Refrigeration/Journeyman or Master license, and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of HVAC service or repair experience
- Rhode Island Refrigeration/Journeyman or Master License
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to homeowners in a clear and professional manner
- Ability to quickly diagnose system issues and determine warranty eligibility
- Clean driving record
- Strong documentation and organizational skills for accurate warranty claim processing
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, tools, and materials as needed
