Job Summary
Perform service and diagnostic work on recently repaired or newly installed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure components function according to manufacturer specifications. Collaborate with installation teams to verify quality, perform necessary adjustments or repairs, and resolve issues related to workmanship, parts, or system performance under warranty. Maintain detailed records of all warranty-related work, collect payments, and provide accurate information about each home and situation. Manage truck inventory levels and uphold strong customer service standards throughout the process. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
