Job Summary
Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues on residential HVAC systems while performing warranty repairs on air conditioners, heat pumps, and furnaces. Deliver refrigerant services in compliance with EPA regulatory standards, maintain accurate paperwork, and keep your truck stocked. Maintain EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal) and OSHA-10 Construction Safety and Health Certification (Nevada), with 2+ years of residential HVAC service or warranty experience preferred. Start on hourly pay during training, then transition to a flat rate plus commission structure where top performers earn $65,000+ annually. Required Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification (Type II or Universal)
- OSHA-10 Construction Safety and Health Certification required (Nevada)
- Clean driving record (last 2 years)
- ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service or warranty experience preferred
- ServiceTitan or similar field service software experience a plus
