Job Summary
Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC and plumbing materials, tracking inventory levels via technology and conducting cycle counts to ensure accuracy. Verify incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and report issues promptly. Pick, stage, and prepare parts for technicians and installation crews while communicating material availability and order status. Maintain a clean, safe warehouse by designing controls to prevent shrinkage, optimizing bin locations, and managing returns. Run parts to job sites, handle uniform management, and coordinate with the vehicle fleet manager to keep operations running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience tracking inventory levels using technology and conducting cycle counts
- Experience running parts to job sites and managing employee uniforms
- Ability to oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of HVAC and plumbing materials and equipment
- Strong skill in labeling, storing, and organizing materials, tools, parts, and equipment efficiently
- Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and premises
