Job Summary
HVAC Warehouse Associate and Delivery Driver responsible for receiving, inspecting, inventorying, and preparing HVAC equipment and supplies in the warehouse, while also planning and executing deliveries to customers. Responsibilities include warehouse duties (receiving, inventory management, order preparation, equipment maintenance, safety) and delivery duties (route planning, loading/unloading, customer service, documentation, vehicle maintenance). Requires valid driver’s license with clean driving record, forklift certification or willingness to obtain one, experience driving an 18’ box truck and/or 24’ stake bed, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic computer skills. Familiarity with HVAC equipment and supplies is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or related field
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Must have experience driving an 18’ box truck and/or 24’ stake bed
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds frequently
- Knowledge of local traffic regulations and routes
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment and supplies is a plus
