Job Summary
Inspect, diagnose, and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability. Perform routine tasks including cleaning or replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, and calibrating thermostats. Conduct system tests, monitor performance, and make adjustments to improve airflow and energy efficiency. Communicate with customers about system conditions, provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades, and promote preventative maintenance. Maintain a clean driving record and hold a valid driver's license.
