Job Summary
HVAC Apprentice role in a union environment centered on hands-on training with HVAC mechanical equipment and controls at client sites, supported by the Service Technical Academy (STA). You will provide service to optimize building performance, develop troubleshooting skills, and learn to propose solutions with quotes while maintaining safety and professional customer interactions. The position emphasizes mentorship and progress toward certification; attendance at required union training is expected. Driver’s license is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO
- 1+ years of industry experience or experience in servicing mechanical systems in the HVAC industry
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Preferred 1-2 years of trade school or college in a technical emphasis
