Job Summary
Seeking skilled HVAC Truck Based Chiller Mechanic to join Johnson Controls Inc. Responsibilities include repairing centrifugal compressors and screw chillers, providing high levels of customer service, and presenting solutions to facility inefficiencies. Candidates must have at least three years of HVAC experience and hold a Universal EPA refrigerants license. The position offers training through JCI’s Service Technical Academy, tools, uniforms, and a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of practical working experience on ducted products, air cooled and/or water-cooled chillers, AHU’s or Roof Top ducted units
- Universal EPA refrigerants license
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass the required knowledge examination
- Must be a member or willing to join the United Association of Journeymen and Apprentices of the Plumbing and Pipe Fitting Industry of the United States and Canada, AFL-CIO
Desired Qualifications
- Aaon certification
- Boiler experience
Additional Requirements
- This position is part of a collective bargaining agreement.
- Candidates must be capable of willing travel up to 20% to support Branch Customers.
