Job Summary
Technical Support Specialist focused on HVAC training and field-level technical solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting calls from internal and external customers, documenting technical details, on-site visits when needed, CRM logging, designing and delivering group and individual trainings (in-person or video), onboarding new technicians and customers to product lines, showcasing competitive advantages to convert prospects, partnering with manufacturers to resolve issues and process warranty/labor claims, and staying current with product evolutions through ongoing certifications. Requires 4-7 years of field experience or equivalent training, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong relationship-building skills, and willingness to travel within the trading area.
